Project goals and objectives

The project aims to enhance climate resilience and improve nutritional outcomes in vulnerable communities.

Key actions

•    Establishing a joint nutrition and climate change mitigation committee involving the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, and the Environment Quality Authority.
•    Empowering community-based organizations (CBOs) to implement and manage climate-smart, nutrition-friendly interventions while providing support to selected households.
•    Developing and disseminating Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials at the community level to raise awareness about climate change and nutrition.
