Child Safe Tourism: The Tourist Perspective - Khmer Language
Child Safe Tourism: The Tourist Perspective summarises findings from a online survey conducted with 316 international travellers to Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Vietnam.
The report explores the interactions tourists had with vulnerable children in these countries and their encounters of child exploitation. The survey found that many tourists were significantly affected by their encounters with children, but had limited knowledge on how best they could respond to situations involving abuse and exploitation.
