Deepak Raj Bhat is the Regional Director of Financial Services for World Vision East Asia, providing strategic leadership across Finance, Supply Chain, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance functions in eight countries across the region. He works closely with regional and field office leaders to strengthen financial systems, manage risk, and ensure accountable and efficient use of resources that drive greater impact for vulnerable children and communities.

With more than 15 years of experience across finance, audit, supply chain, and risk management, Deepak is known for delivering trusted advisory support, building strong governance and compliance frameworks, and designing systems that enable better decision-making and sustainable ministry outcomes. He plays a key role in implementing global financial and risk initiatives and has contributed to major strategic efforts, including the Child Sponsorship Funding Model and the Finance Policy Reviewer Group.

Deepak holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies (Finance and Accountancy) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Australia. His leadership is driven by a strong commitment to accountability, innovation, and strengthening financial stewardship to maximize impact for the most vulnerable.
