World Vision Ghana has successfully hosted the annual West Africa National Directors’ Retreat, bringing together senior leaders from across the sub-region for a week of strategic reflection, collaboration, and alignment.

Held in Accra, the retreat provided an important platform for National Directors to review progress, discuss emerging priorities, and collectively chart a path towards greater impact in the communities they serve.

The gathering also fostered deeper reflection on organisational goals and strengthened cross-country collaboration to enhance programme effectiveness.

Speaking at the retreat, leaders emphasised the importance of unity, shared learning, and strategic coherence in achieving World Vision’s mission of improving the well-being of the most vulnerable children.

The sessions encouraged open dialogue, innovation, and renewed commitment to delivering transformative and sustainable change across West Africa.

World Vision Ghana expressed profound appreciation for the privilege of hosting the region’s senior leaders.

The organisation noted that the retreat was not only a time for strategic planning but also an opportunity for the National Directors to seek wisdom together as they navigate complex development challenges.

The successful convening reinforces World Vision’s dedication to shared leadership, robust partnership, and placing the needs of vulnerable children at the centre of its work.
