JWG's Volunteers Rocking their Role in Serving the Most Vulnerable Children

World Vision trains community health workers and community monitors to be the link between their communities and the organization. The role of these volunteers is to support their communities with the skills learnt through World Vision to help children thrive and grow up in a healthy and protected environment.

Currently, World Vision JWG works with 124 community health workers and 91 community monitors, who serve 2005 mothers in our areas of work in the West Bank.

تقوم مؤسسة الرؤية العالمية بتدريب عاملين صحيين ومراقبين مجتمعيين ليكونوا حلقة الوصل بين مجتمعاتهم والمؤسسة. ويتمثل دور هؤلاء المتطوعات في دعم مجتمعاتهم من خلال تطبيق المهارات المكتسبة من تدريبات الرؤية العالمية لمساعدة الأطفال على الازدهار والنمو في بيئة صحية ومحمية.

تعمل الرؤية العالمية حاليًا مع ١٢٤ متطوعة في مجال الصحة المجتمعية و ٩١ متطوعة في مجال المراقبة المجتمعية، والذين بدروهم يخدمون ٢٠٠٥ أم في مناطق عملنا في الضفة الغربية.
